Before and After School Care

Child care is available for Children's House, Elementary and Junior High programs before school from 7:30-8:20 a.m. and after school from 3:00-5:30 p.m. In all circumstances, parents and caregivers are required to follow sign-in and sign-out procedures.

Children's House

For Children's House, before and after hours care is offered at an hourly rate.  Advance permanent registration is required for All Day Montessori children enrolled before 8:30 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. Enrollment forms are sent along with tuition billing in July.

Because our Montessori programs place high value on consistency for our young children, we do not offer drop-in/occasional use of our before/after school care program at this level, and require advance permanent registration at the time of enrollment.

Elementary & Junior High

For Elementary and Junior High, before and after school care is offered at an hourly rate. Advance permanent registration for before/after school care is required at the time of enrollment. Occasional use is permitted with prior notification (a note or telephone call to the office 24 hours in advance). The fee for occasional use of elementary/junior high after school care is per whole hour.

Please note: There are times during the school year when the elementary/junior high after school group will go on an off-site field trip; advance notice of these dates will be provided to elementary/junior high parents. Occasional use of after school care on these days may therefore not be available.

Payment of Fees

All fees are invoiced in three installments, coinciding with tuition invoicing which is due in August, November and February. Payment is expected within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Finance charges will be assessed on all outstanding balances over 30 days past due.
