Admissions Forms
Your Application for Admission, appropriate Child's Profile, any required additional forms and non-refundable $100.00 application fee must be received by March 20,2009 for Children's House, Elementary and Junior High for your child to be considered in the first round of admissions decisions.
If you are applying for the Elementary or Junior High program, please call the office at 651-484-8242 prior to sending in any application materials.
